Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit anti3pl.com or reach out to us. Plain language, no surprises.

1. Who we are

Middle Mile is a US-based ecommerce fulfillment company that operates as the Anti-3PL for small and home-based brands. This Privacy Policy is issued by Middle Mile Fulfillment Incorporated (referred to here as "Middle Mile," "we," "us," or "our"), the company behind the brand and the website at anti3pl.com.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our forms, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. If you have any questions, email us at hello@anti3pl.com.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you, send you what you asked for, and provide fulfillment services. That falls into three buckets.

Information you give us through forms

When you fill out a form on our site, book a call, or sign up for something, we collect the details you provide. Depending on the form, that can include:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Your company or website, and your job title.
  • For the free packaging audit: your product dimensions and weight, monthly order volume, current fulfillment method, the sales platforms you use, your origin ZIP code, and the regions you ship to.
  • Any message or details you choose to include when you contact us.

Some forms include a consent checkbox. Where that is the case, we rely on the consent you give when you check it, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Newsletter sign-ups

If you subscribe to our newsletter, The Extra Mile, we collect your email address so we can send it to you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect some technical and usage information when you browse, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. We collect this through cookies and analytics, described in the Cookies and analytics section below.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and follow up about working together.
  • Prepare and deliver your packaging audit and any other resource or lead magnet you request.
  • Send you the newsletter and updates you have signed up for.
  • Provide, set up, and support our fulfillment services if you become a customer.
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website and understand how it is used.
  • Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use two kinds of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are needed for the site to load and function correctly. Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

For analytics we use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed and general location. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and blocking non-essential cookies will not stop you from using the core parts of the site.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent or trade it either. We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can perform services for us. These providers include:

  • HubSpot for our CRM, website forms, and email.
  • Vercel for website hosting.
  • Google Analytics 4 for website usage analytics.

We may also disclose information when we are required to by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. In every case we share only what is reasonably necessary.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, such as staying in touch about your inquiry, providing services, or meeting legal and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, as described below.

7. Your choices

  • Unsubscribe anytime. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out whenever you like.
  • Access or delete your data. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@anti3pl.com.
  • Manage cookies. You can block or clear cookies through your browser settings at any time.

8. Your privacy rights

California residents

If you live in California, laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) give you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or deletion of that information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell personal data, there is no sale for you to opt out of. To make a request, email us at hello@anti3pl.com and we will respond as required by law.

Visitors outside the United States

If you are located outside the United States, including in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have rights under your local data protection laws, such as the GDPR. These can include the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, the right to object to certain processing, and the right to data portability. Please note that we are a US-based company and your information will be processed in the United States. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@anti3pl.com.

9. How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect, and we work with established providers who do the same. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the safety of your data seriously.

10. Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to other sites

Our site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This policy does not apply to them, so we encourage you to read the privacy policies of any site you visit from ours.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make a significant change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
