1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at anti3pl.com and the content and tools we make available on it (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Middle Mile Fulfillment Incorporated, the company behind the Middle Mile brand (referred to here as "Middle Mile," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who these terms apply to

These Terms apply to everyone who visits or uses the Site. They cover the marketing website only. If you become a Middle Mile fulfillment customer, the specific services we provide to you are governed by a separate services agreement that we enter into after a sales conversation. Nothing on this Site creates that agreement on its own.

3. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Submit false information, or impersonate another person or business, through our forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, for example by introducing malware or overloading it.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site without our permission.
• Use the Site in any way that infringes the rights of others.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for anyone who misuses it.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, logos, the Middle Mile and Anti-3PL names and branding, layouts, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to view and use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except where the law allows it.

5. Site content is informational, not a binding quote

The information on the Site, including pricing ranges, cost estimates, packaging audit results, and descriptions of our services, is provided for general information only. It is not a formal offer, contract, or binding quote. Your actual pricing and terms depend on your specific products, volume, and needs, and are confirmed only in a written services agreement. We work hard to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete, error-free, or up to date.

6. Links and third-party services

The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control, such as our social channels and the tools we use to run our business. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Middle Mile and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (100 USD). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Middle Mile and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when we post them, and your continued use of the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.
